Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Payments are collected securely by Stripe or PayPal, according to the payment option selected at checkout. Card details and PayPal credentials are handled by the chosen payment provider and are not stored on this website.
An order is confirmed after Stripe reports a successful payment. We will send an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout. Never email payment card details to customer support.
Standard UK delivery is currently £3.95, free on qualifying orders of £40 or more; express delivery is £5.95. Estimated delivery times and any made-to-order personalisation delay are shown at checkout. These settings should be confirmed before launch.
If a payment is declined or checkout is cancelled, no paid order is created. If a charge appears incorrect, contact us with the order number so we can investigate.
